Okay, I am pretty much obsessed with these markers! There are so many fun colors wrapping these markers, and who could resist a giant pom pom?I made these thinking they would be great to add to goody bags at a kid’s party, but now I’m thinking adults shouldn’t miss out on all of the fun!
I’ve made pom poms before using just my fingers, but with this project I used an ACTUAL pom pom maker. Yes, they actually exist! The pom pom maker is pretty cool. It helps you make a nice, perfect, and full pom pom every time you use it! I have to admit, the other day Mike and I were in the car heading to my brother’s house and I was whipping up poms left and right. Mike kept asking me if I was finished, to which my reply was “Just one more!”. So, the pom maker may have turned me into an addict, but that’s okay. Just think of all the fun you could have making pom pom topped markers, wreaths, key chains, blankets, hats, and headbands. I really could go on-and-on!
Head on over to the Bitsy log to see how to make your very own pom pom topped markers!
