I was perusing Pinterest a while back when I saw this adorable jacket. I clicked on the picture and it took me to the Burberry website. When I saw the price tag for this jacket (It was over $1000.00!) I almost fell over! A jacket that costs that much better make me feel like I am in Mexico when I am wearing it!
Of course, after seeing the price tag I wanted to make my own version. I bought a jacket from Forever 21 a couple of years ago (yes, I still have it) that looked pretty similar to the one from Burberry. This makeover was actually pretty easy. All I had to do was change the buttons to large snaps. Let’s be real; my jacket is WAY cheaper!
Have you ever changed the look of a piece of clothing you own just by swapping out the buttons?
