Keep Warm With a Deer Print Scarf!

There is something charming about deer prints. They evoke a feeling of winter and country living.  I have seen deer printed fashion in the past and never really thought much about it.  I thought the print was cute, but not so cute to snag my own. Until…

I was checking out at Forever 21 (yes, I am still shopping there) when I saw a bin full of scarves. This was back in September, so naturally I walked right by because who the heck is shopping for scarves when they are still wearing flip-flops? Not, me!

When the cashier rang up the sweatshirt I bought, it ended up being $5! So, I ran back to the scarf bin because I had noticed a deer printed scarf (and a sale sign) and grabbed it! The scarf was on sale for $7. When I took a better look at the scarf, I noticed it had yarn pieces hanging from it and it was a standard scarf. I really wanted it to be an infinity scarf, so I decided to do the transition myself! See how I turned my regular fringey deer printed scarf into an infinity scarf!Turn a regular scraf into an infinity scarf! www.happinessiscreating.com

{Step 1}: Start by untying all of the yearn fringe from your sweater.

{Step 2}: Remove all of the fringe on both sides of your scarf.

{Step 3}: Turn your scarf over so the printed side is facing down. Pinch the two ends of your scarf together and begin doing a whip stitch.

{Step 4}: Keep sewing until the end of your scarf is sewn together.  You are finished!
