DIY Snowflake Stamped Gift Wrap

Disclaimer – This post is in partnership with Rubberstamps.com.  All opinions are 100% my own.

It’s never to soon to get into the holiday spirit, especially if you’re a crafter.  Since the holiday season can get super hectic, getting a head start on all of your holiday crafting is a good idea (if you lucky enough to actually carve out time from your busy day!).  So, this project is coming attcha super early so you start now and have plenty of time to finish it before the holiday season is in full swing.

If you’re looking for a fun alternative to regular store-bought holiday gift wrap, then this project is for you.  My DIY snowflake stamped gift wrap is an easy project to get you through holiday gift-giving.  Since all you’re doing is stamping a festive design on kraft paper, it’s a fun activity to get your kiddos involved with.   You could tape down a few rolls of paper on your table and arm your children with a stamp and some ink.  Just think, you could be done with your festive gift wrap in a day!

Check out the full video tutorial below to see how you can make your own DIY snowflake stamped gift wrap for the holidays!

Supplies:

Step 1: Unroll your paper and secure the end with a piece of washi tape.

Step 2: Remove the cling stamp from the liner and place it on the acrylic block.

Step 3: Add ink all over the stamp.

Step 4: Stamp the snowflake on the paper, pressing down and then lifting straight up.  Continue stamping all over the paper, spacing out your snowflake design.

Step 5:  Add ink to the smaller snowflake stamp and stamp near the larger snowflake.

Step 5: Place a piece of paper under the gift wrap so some of it is poking out.  Begin stamping snowflakes over the edge.  Continue this down the top and bottom of the gift wrap.

Step 6: Undo the tape and unroll more paper until you have your desired length.  Once you do, use paper’s tape to secure.

Step 7: Repeat above steps to stamp snowflakes all over your paper.

Since this project doesn’t take a ton of time to do, you can start now so all of your gifts under the tree match and have a rustic, yet festive vibe.  Enjoy!
