DIY Stamped Easter Bunny Placemat

Disclaimer – This post is in partnership with Rubberstamps.com.  All opinions are 100% my own.

Spring is trying really hard to rear its head here in Chicago. It likes to tease us with a sun filled day with birds chirping here and there. Then, it gets bashful and goes back into hiding giving us cold, dreary days and even snow! Ugh! Instead of getting mad at the weather (which is really hard to do this time of year) I decided to focus on the next holiday that is all about Spring–two cheers for Easter!

This year I wanted to add to my Easter decor with some simple and festive DIY stamped Easter Bunny placemats. There are so many Easter stamps to choose from on Ruberstamps.com’s website, but when I saw the Bunny Stamp I thought it would be perfect on a placemat! I ended up going with the large 4×6 size to make my stamped bunny. I ended up using a surface ink that’s made for fabric. To see how easy my DIY stamped Easter bunny placemat came together, check out my video tutorial below!

Supplies:

  • Pink Gingham Fabric (1 Yard)
  • White Cotton Fabric ( 1/8 yard)
  • Rubberstamps.com 4×6 Rabbit Stamp
  • Fabri-Tac Fabric Glue
  • Brutus Monroe Surface Ink (Color: Rock Candy)
  • White Pom-pom
  • Scissors

I love that this stamp is so versatile. It can be used on fabric and can also be used to create a playful garland, napkin ring, or just a simple card to send your loved ones! You can see this stamp and other stamps at Rubberstamps.com.
